I have been a middle school teacher for over 20 years. I developed a passion for photography when my children were young because I wanted to capture all my family’s special moments. I became the photographer for most of my children's sports teams and decided to take my passion further. I started shooting families and senior portraits and continue to challenge myself with each photo shoot. I look to capture the emotion and story of each person in my photos. I rediscovered photography a few years ago. Since picking up the camera again I have developed a new appreciation for everything around me - beauty is everywhere! This started with flowers, nature, architecture and landscapes. I love to photograph the details, especially in a way that isn’t expected. I enjoy exploring my neighborhood and the surrounding areas in my quest to capture the beauty around me. Then I started photographing friends and family for portraits and realized I absolutely love capturing those moments. I look forward to capturing your family’s special moments.
